The hotel is located opposite the Kuta beach and gives a pleasant view. More important the staff at Wave Restaurant (for Breakfast) staff was really helpful, specially Ms. Nita offered excellent level of hospitality. I highly recommend this place.

perfect right in front of beach, too bad my sched was packed somi can enjoy the beach right infront of my hotel. the food im not sure however my kids didn’t comment any special about it so i take it as so so. the hotel is a vintage hotel, the bed is so comfortable well of course its as per expected include the room i like spacious and cozy. the staff is helpful include when i hv issue to use my credit card. the rest is ok. thank you for having us.

Rooms were amazing and very clean . Staff couldn’t do enough for us . Very comfortable . Would definitely stay here again . We will definitely be back .

Great location, awesome staff

During our week stay, great location, the best part was the considerate and helpful staff. Suartoma took great care of us. I cant have milk and when I asked him for a milk alternative not only did he get soy milk that morning for breakfast, he made sure I had it for the rest of our stay. Suardi and Nitha were very attentive to our needs and requests. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options. My husband really enjoyed the made to order omelets. Our room was clean and comfortable, in line with the facility as a whole. Overall, the entire staff made us feel like VIPs. we will make it a point to say here when we return.

Great hotel, Great prices, appreciate the staff assistance with everything, specially the breakfast staff, Mr.Suartma,nitha, Seni, they are always there to help and assist with your request, they remember your preferences too. I extended my stay for two more nights just because I enjoyed the place. I recommend this for people who love the beach and at the same time want to be near the life of the city. 10/10
